LEGAL NOTICE AND TERMS OF SERVICE
This document establishes the conditions of use of hablaconlydia.com and the educational services offered under the Habla con Lydia brand. By using the website or contracting services, you accept these conditions.
1. Provider Identification

2. General Terms of Use
You may use our site and services for personal Spanish learning, access to classes and courses you have purchased, participation in educational communities, and respectful communication with others.
Prohibited Uses
Reproducing, copying, distributing, selling, renting or sharing content without authorization.
Sharing access, passwords or credentials with other people.
Using content for commercial purposes without prior permission.
Recording, downloading, sharing or distributing classes, recordings or materials without prior authorization.
Accessing the site automatically, through scraping, bots or similar unauthorized tools.
Engaging in abusive, harassing, fraudulent, illegal or disrespectful conduct within classes, communities or private spaces.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on Habla con Lydia, including texts, videos, audio, exercises, designs, methodology, dossiers, courses, downloadables and educational materials, is owned by Lydia Rosado Sancho or used with authorization.
Purchasing or accessing a course, class, dossier or material does not imply transfer of intellectual property rights. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for your own educational use.
Your Work and Materials
Texts, audio, tasks or work you submit remain yours. You authorize us to use them to provide you educational feedback, adapt materials to your learning, improve methodology and, if appropriate, create anonymized examples. We will not publish identifiable individual work without your permission.
4. Class Recordings
Group classes, workshops and Habla con Lydia Club sessions may be recorded for review, access by absent participants and course educational materials.
We will inform you when a session is going to be recorded.
Recordings are confidential and will not be used for marketing, social media or promotion purposes without additional authorization.
If you do not want to appear in a group class recording, please let us know before registering or purchasing the service, whenever possible. We will look for a reasonable solution according to the class type, such as camera off, modified visible name or later access to edited material.
It is not permitted to record, download, share, publish or distribute recordings without express authorization.
Recordings are kept for up to 1 year after completing the course, subscription or program, unless they are part of a product with later access. Afterwards they are deleted or made unavailable in a reasonable manner.
5. Cancellations and Class Changes
Individual Classes
Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice: no cost and possibility to reschedule, subject to availability.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: the session may be charged at 100%.
No-show without notice: the session is considered completed and may be charged at 100%.
6. Refund Policy
Digital Courses
Digital courses have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from purchase, unless the sales page indicates otherwise. If the course is not for you, you can request a refund by writing to hola@hablaconlydia.com. The request will normally be answered within 5 to 7 business days.
Habla con Lydia Club and Memberships
Habla con Lydia Club works as a monthly membership without permanence commitment. Sessions for the month must be used during that month plus 10 days grace period. After that period, unused sessions are lost. You can cancel anytime to avoid future renewals.
Multiple Session Packages
If you purchase a class package, the usage period will be indicated on the purchase page, confirmation email or written agreement. As a courtesy, packages may include an additional flexibility period. For example: a 30-day package is valid until day 40; a 90-day package until day 120; a 180-day package until day 240. Unused sessions when the period expires are lost, unless extension is approved in writing. Unused sessions are not automatically refunded.
7. Payments and Invoicing
We accept payment by credit or debit card, Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer or other methods indicated on the purchase page.
Prices may be displayed in EUR or USD depending on the service, location or payment platform used.
We can issue an invoice when appropriate or upon request. We may ask you for tax or billing information. Payments are processed through secure external providers. We do not store complete bank card numbers.
